Concrete tools ready for the tiles. |

The table is covered with polyethylene sheet then the entire concrete tool is covered with epoxy before the tiles are placed. |

After the epoxy has cured the polyethylene sheet is trimmed from the back. More epoxy is added to seal out the grit from between the tiles and to improve the support for the tiles. Tiles that extend beyond the edge are trimmed with a tile cutter. |

Finally the tile edges are beveled in a wok. It sounds like a freight train. |
